Models accepted for representation will enter into a separate representation agreement that outlines:

• Terms of representation and exclusivity clauses
• Commission structures and payment terms
• Rights and responsibilities of both parties
• Duration and termination conditions
• Portfolio development and promotional activities

5. Client Services and Bookings

5.1 Booking Process

Clients booking models through our agency agree to:

• Sign booking confirmations and contracts before engagements
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Treat models professionally and respectfully
• Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations

5.2 Cancellations and Changes
